Semantically related anagrams

Anagrams that are related--meaning-wise.

Here's a couple to start off with:

canoe
ocean

both related to the sea.

elbow
bowel

both body parts.

Now, there is a furry threshold of relatedness we are working with here. Points go to:

a) length of word
b) semantic similarity between words
c) number of distinct anagrams

Still a furry guideline but there you have it.

I suspect the prefix re- and suffix -er will have some good combinations, repay, payer etc..

Another one to look out for is semantically related words formed by the same key presses on a phone (e.g. pint and shot).

both can be a type of relationship, the first statistical or scientific, the second a lot more fun!

More points go to:

d) creativity in the use of the anagrams (as hmvh showed)
e) scrambledness of the anagrams (algorithmic and logarithmic are long words but relatively unscrambled)
