I got it a couple of years ago but haven't got very far through it yet, I've had so many other books to read during this time. I should get around to it soon. I dislike when the "Big" books have pages upon pages of, using the whole sense of the word, an introduction to the chapter when all that waste of trees can be used to ensure I don't waste my time reading 5 pages of repeating commentary on preparedness.
