I had an absolute blast at both events too. Shpongle were 2nd to none as usual at a fantastic venue. The vibe was just magical. Live instruments, and singing made the set more intimate I felt, not as deep and trancey as usual, but with a lighter humourous edge thanks to Raja I guess :)
The base guitar player showed no face and was wearing a grim reeper cloak ha ha! I have taken some pictures but really the base was so strong the camera was shaking in my hands. Some great dancers came onto stage including a guy in a huge fluro spring costume that was just so abstract you had to see it to believe it. Class.
You will definately like the new album I'm sure if you haven't heard it.
The after party was in a huge complex of arches, an old viaduct type building. Real 'old skool' London feel, each arched room could hold a few hundred people. Lovely people as to be expected, and yes, great to see the same old faces still doin' it.
I met Draeke and Infra 303 briefly which was GREAT if not a bit strange for me as it was the first time I have met anyone from talking online, lovely T-shirts by the way ;)
But thank you both for taking the time also and I hope next time maybe we could chat more. I trust you got home safely. I too couldn't get in touch by phone, some complication with phone codes maybe...

Hmm the journey home... well...

We was 2 minute late for the bagdrop check in, (which closed 10 minutes before the usual check-in)due to the coach to stansted was stuck in the traffic-jam... but this wasn´t nothing ryan air was caring about and told us, if we want to go with the plane we had to leave our bags... not really an option. So we had to re-book for a later flight...20 hours later, so we spent the night on the stansted floor :/ and it did cost us another 300 gbp.
