i've sent bundles of records that big before and it cost me about £20, with Royal Mail.

Some couriers will be cheaper but Royal Mail are more reliable i find (that's more because the couriers are useless rather than Royal Mail being that great to be fair), and certainly at least if the package is sent when someone's at work they don't have to drive to an industrial estate in the outskirts of the next town to pick it up, heh.
