Say what you want about Miley and inheriting fame, but Taylor has been writing her OWN music since she was 9 years old, and really puts her heart and soul into her work, whether you like her or not. She left large labels for the ability to perform her own songs (she was the youngest writer for Sony) and worked with smaller start-up labels because she believed in them. She is a smart, independent country musician. I'm not into her music, but I have respect for the girl.
