From black metal to disco in thirty minutesSurt wrote:
As the title suggests, the concept behind this mix was to go from black metal to disco in a short mix. It also happens to be the first (recorded) mix I've made on turntables. I'm pretty happy with it, although it certainly isn't perfect. Please have a listen and see what you think. I will post a tracklist shortly.

Ha-ha, well of course it's gonna be Donna Summer's I Feel Love. Seems like the obvious choice and I was kinda hoping you'd go somewhere else with the Disco thing.

I'll download when I can get to a good download machine. Mine's on the fritz atm. Definitely want to give this a listen. No guts, no glory and it sounds like you've got'em! Surt wrote:

Yeah, I agree that was a bit lazy of me, and it was an easy choice to make. I probably should have spent more time selecting the tracks for the second half of the mix. Thanks for this one. I preferred the first half but you made the transition pretty seamless. I've no objections to I Feel Love, it's a great tune even if it is obvious. Good stuff.
