Just cut and fry them all up together in butter or oil! But wait a bit to add the peppers, they'll start to burn if they cook too long. And if you want your potatoes crispy, wait to add the onion too (also choose the oil over butter for longer cooking).

Oh yeah, salt liberally. Yums. Serve with eggs fried lightly and you've got a breakfast of champions. md wrote:
I'd cut them into large sections and roast the onions and peppers together with some whole garlic cloves. Throw over some chilli flakes and loads of salt. Roast the potatoes with them too but best to parboil them first and give them a shake before roasting.

You could also add some yellow curry paste, coconut milk and some sliced hard-boiled eggs to make my version of asian comfort food.

well, my ATM card has been eaten by my local ATM, so I've got no cash to buy these extra ingredients. i literally have only these 3 things...no salt...no oil...so i can't cook anything actually. but all these responses sound so tasty. i think i've got enough to go all 3 routes actually. will report what happens (hopefully). md wrote:
Sounds like you need to stock up on a few basics when you get a new ATM card. Assuming there's any cash in your account to spend on them.
