Not exactly all 'dancefloor friendly' but since it was conceived on spliffage and Sainsbury's Merlot (1.5ltr plastic bottle ;)) perhaps you may wish to follow my example.... :p

On a separate note, I've had to upgrade the account that I have with playstream.com to host this mix and make it available for download. For $22/month I've got 100MB storage space and a data transfer of 2GB/month. I'd be interested in hearing what other people get for their money and where, ta!

right-click save as only allows us to save the .ram file :(

You cannot just upload the actual MP3 file, I guess?

You can use Audiograbber to record it. You can combine it with Lame so you can record directly into mp3. I use a free version of Audiograbber to record from the radio. Here you can find it.

Really nice. Captures that era very well, complete with the odd spin back! Listening in work and getting all sentimental. That Evolution track is ace.

Anyway my mate had got some webspace with startlogic.com so once that is sorted I'll be hosting the file there, hopefully without the problems that I've encountered with playstream Grrrr!

Thanks anyway for your comments. Truly - the flipside of that Evolution twelve is just as good (track called Don't You Wanna) Bottom Line's stuff that is deep and vibey like this hasn't aged INHO, however they also put out loads of really vocal-heavy laden garagey-tracks that sound just awful!

Just checked my playstream account and my 2GB bandwidth is all used up for January; it was only a few hundred KB a couple of days ago.

Anyway, will be closing that account and uploading the mix again to some webspace that my friend is sorting out with about 40GB bandwidth.

Will post yet another new link when sorted...and let this thread gently slide away to obscurity :-)
