The EI vote was from someone who misunderstood the situation. Your vote however was very much deliberate.

Using votes as a first resort rather than simply explaining the problem to the person making the original edit and/or making the edit yourself. Just dispensing votes achieves nothing - after you gave the vote, the person who made the edit still didnt know what they had done wrong, they arent mind reader.

And then accusing that person who made the mistake of 'abusing' the system - I dont think you understand what a serious allegation that is to make. Believe me I know what abusing featurs on this website looks like and that wasnt it.
