Unable to browse queues and artist/label pages.Josephschembri wrote:
Since the latest discogs 'facelift' I'm unable to browse queues by clicking on each submission from work. At work I have IE8, 8.0.6001.187021C to be exact. If I click on any submission in any queue being it styles or any of discogs.com/submissions?mode=mycontributions/collection/watchlist nothing happens. The pages fully load but on the bottom bar there's an error 'Done, but with errors on page.' If I put the mouse on any submission on the same bar on the bottom there's the message 'javascript:void(0);'

What's wrong with my browser/PC at work? Is it a java update or something? Edit: now not even artist/label pages are loading. Josephschembri edited this message about 1 month ago. Mop66 wrote:

We have IE too here, but I use FF... Josephschembri wrote:
I can only use IE, can't use other browsers due to security/password/proxy issues. But all the rest works absolutely perfect. Really wish teo/moob could read this and give a hand.

Dr.SultanAszazinFor me the same, but a telephone to the IT-desk did the job. They just filled in the right proxy in FF... Certainly I can't do the same here :) The net is supposed to be used only for work related matters... So, any help what might the problem be and how it can be fixed? Dr.SultanAszazin wrote:
JosephschembriCertainly I can't do the same here :) The net is supposed to be used only for work related matters... Same here! But if you're browser of preference is FF, that's better for your work too. They shouldn't make any problems, just take the phone and say FF doesn't work and you're annoyed by IE because you're used to the extra functionality of FF. No problem, but ofcourse don't tell them it's for using discogs... FF needs different proxy settings in a bussiness network, your IT-desk just needs to fill in those for you, when they do, write the proxy down, so next time you can do it yourself... Here the IT-desk is obliged to ask this concerns your work, if they doubt about what you aks, if the answer is yes, they must help the employee, even if it's for installing a video-game... Unfortunately, there is no-way I will be allowed to install another browser. Browse artist/label pages. The page stops just below the artist/label profile, below that is only a grey area. Edit my reviews and click on agree/disagree, only the report button works. Quote posts here. Rate items. The drop-down menus under the buttons My Discogs Marketplace Browse Groups won't show. On every page there's "Done, but with errors on page" on the bottom bar. Again, this all happened after the latest facelift. Josephschembri edited this message about 1 month ago. Josephschembri wrote:

When I click on "My Orders", the browser tells me "site certificate expired". I have to click "continue to this site (not recommended) and curiuosly I get no error message on the bottom bar! Also, the sub menus dropping down from | My Discogs Marketplace Browse Groups | on the top left part of the page work - previously would not work as I already explained above. teo/moob, any help?nik wrote:

Then, please clear your browser cookies and cache (In IE; Tools -> Internet options -> under Browsing History click the 'Delete' button -> untick 'Preserve Favourites Websitre Data', tick 'Tempory Internet Files, 'Cookies', and 'History'), and also delete all temporary internet files and offline web pages with disc cleanup (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools), then try again. Thanks for your help. I followed all your suggestions but the attempt was largely unsuccesful, everything is the same as before :( All other websites work as normal. When logging in it tells me "certificate expired/not recommended". After I log in it's the same problems as before Regards, Joseph nik wrote:

I'm not sure what else to suggest, other than use another browser (Firefox). Josephschembri wrote:

1 - Open Internet Explorer. 2 - Click on "Tools" then scroll down and click on "Internet Options." 3 - Click "Content" tab. Click on icon labeled "Certificates" under the "Certificates" heading (this is the second heading on this tab). 4 - Click on the small right arrow on the right side of this window until you see "Untrusted Publishers." Then click on the Discogs certificate. 5 - Next, click "Remove" to delete that certificate. 6 - Click "Close" and then "OK" once you are done deleting problem security certificates. 7- Exit Internet Explorer to reset the browser. jweijde wrote:
Are you completely sure about the date? I remember a similar issue which had to do with the year not being correct. Josephschembri wrote:

Discogs is not on the untrusted certificates! It is under "other people" quotejweijde: Are you completely sure about the date? Absolutely ;) Josephschembri edited this message about 1 month ago. nik wrote:
