When are fee credits issued?

Discogs does not offer refunds on paid invoices. In the event a seller has paid fees associated with an order that did not receive a payment from the buyer, Discogs will issue a fee credit, towards the sellers next invoice, at the sellers request. Fee credits will not be given to sellers that adjust prices after an order has been placed (ie, "buy 1 get 1 free"; "x% off"; etc...).

Requests for fee credits that are made 90 days or more after the issuance of an invoice cannot be accepted.
