Feedback removal requests must be made through the request link at the bottom of buyer/seller feedback pages. Requests will only be approved if they clearly meet the specific criteria outlined on the request form. The request reason must be verifiable in order to be considered. What information is considered in a removal request?
(note: "reporter" refers to the person requesting feedback
removal and "offender" refers to the person that left the feedback)
Feedback removal requests that are made to any @discogs.com address, or via PM, will not be considered and will not receive a response -- with the exception of buyers/sellers requesting removal for the other party. In this case, the requester should e-mail us using the e-mail address they are registered with, and provide the order number for the transaction being referenced.
Feedback Removal Process:
1. Go to your feedback page That link will take you to http://www.discogs.com/sell/remove_feedback/ "your order number" ("your order number" will be the number of the actual order and not the "your order number" text 4. Select the correct option "Thank you. Your request has been submitted." will be displayed upon submission of a removal request.
Feedback removal requests are reviewed in the order received and are either accepted or denied. Follow up will not be provided on the decision. Repeat requests cannot be made. All decisions are final.
