Marketplace - First Order Received

When an order is placed, Discogs will send both the buyer and seller an e-mail with the details of the order. As a seller you should:
  • Communicate with the buyer, informing them of any shipping and handling charges.
  • Manage the status of your order.
  • Leave feedback for the buyer when they have completed their end of the transaction.
We recommend order management and communication be handled via the My Orders page. Messages posted to the order page are sent to both the buyer's email address and Discogs Inbox. Communicating via the order page also allows a single verifiable reference of what's happened with the order should you request us to look at it.
