Canadian telecommunications company from Montréal, Québec where it owned several radio and television stations. Founded as Télémédia (Québec) Ltd. in 1968 by Philippe de Gaspé Beaubien III. Operations ceased in 2002.

1971 - Started Service des Nouvelles Sonores de Télémedia (SNS)
1973 - Formed Telemedia Network Radio / Le reseau Télémedia
1984 - Telemedia Broadcasting Systems became Canada's first national satellite distribution system for radio specials and sports programming
1988 - Ontario operations split out to subsidiary Telemedia Communications Ontario Inc.
1999 - Corporate name changed from Telemedia Communications Inc. to Telemedia Radio Inc.
2001 - Corporate name changed from Telemedia Radio Inc. to Télémédia Radio (Québec) Inc.
2001 - Sold Ontario assets to Rogers Media, Inc.
2002 - Closed down and sold remaining assets to Astral Media and Standard Radio Inc.
