| Profile: | Adult Records was started just after the summer of 2005 by Paul Hazendonk a.k.a. Prude Polly as a sublabel of the Basic Beat record company and their label Technique (which is now defunct), based in Rotterdam (NL). The label entered the global techno scene with a blast, as the first release, Ko Raketa EP by Marko Nastic and Veztax, was a huge success. After that nearly all the key players in the funky techno scene made their appearance on Adult Records with either a release or a remix. After a while they also gave some fresh talents a chance to release their material.
