Battle Trax

Profile:
ELECTRO BASS ARMAGEDDON - Formed in 1996 by Bass Junkie, Battle Trax brought forth a new identity in the electro sound with such guises as Battle Systems, Industrial Bass Machine, Cybernet Systems & Kronos Device. Earth as we know it soon tuned into these battle broadcasts as global turntable terrorists blasted this vinyl artillery through sound systems around the Galaxy. Other bass engineers including Scott Weiser (Dynamix II) and Si Brown (The Dexorcist) joined forces to create their squadron of intelligent robots programmed to devastate the world.

focusing on being in a robotic world more than on following dance trends. elements of miami bass, fused with new school electro soundscapes

Excellent to drop one or two tracks from this label in a mix, tiresome if you try to play more. Many songs sound dated by the overuse of samples, but if you sift, you can find some real gems here.

Pure minimal breakbeat-like electro mayhem with deadly accu-rate basslines. Storms the dancefloor.Has to be plays loud.
Simpicity Serves the purpose.
