"Le Fromage Productions" and it's label Big Cheese Records where founded by Yamani Dazi & Simon Hoare from the suburbs of Paris. Created in 1993 the label was famous for it's funky and soul flavors, shortly worked in 1995 with Sony Europe, and ended this adventure in the beginning of 1997.

Today the label is back again, with some new compilations like Funk'Fu 1 & 2, and more to come.
