US CD sublabel of Caroline.

Some editions were marketed via Caroline Distribution as Blue Plate releases, but they don't clearly indicate Blue Plate on the packaging. Some of these only mention Caroline Records, and others are imported Virgin UK editions sold with US barcode and price stickers on the outside of the jewel cases. These editions should be listed as being on both Caroline Blue Plate and whatever labels appear on the packaging. However, if a Blue Plate connection is uncertain, only go with what's on the packaging.
