Independent Auckland, NZ label formed in 1991 by
Bill Latimer,
Mark Tierney and Kane Massey.
Distributed by
Festival Records (NZ) Ltd., it was responsible for a series of influential urban releases including the first releases from
Zane Lowe.
The label's biggest success was the 1993 NZ number one hit single by Three the hard way, Hiphop Holiday, which also was a big hit in Australia.
Tierney and Latimer left in the early 1990s and the label folded at the end of the decade.
