Canadian cassette label established in 1991 by the members of Mind Skelp-Cher: Jared Davison, Jim De Jong, Neb Rakic. Jared left in 1994 but the label was carried on by Jim & Neb until they dissoved it in 1999. On the following day Jim began a new label, The Ceiling.
