Dorje Records was founded in 2002 as a DIY independant label. Based in Denver Colorado, Dorje has set out to prove that there is more than house music pumping in the veins of the mile high city. The label covers many genres of electronic music; including, but not limited to, downtempo, breaks, trip hop, IDM, electro and techno. All tracks were mastered by Twerk (Force Inc. US, Mille Plateaux, Tigerbeat6, Planet Rhythm, Merck and many other esteemed labels) at Audibleoddities, in San Fransisco CA.
Also available from Dorje Records are two vinyl only, exclusive remixes; one by Fila Brazillia (Pork Recordings, Twentythree, G-Stone Recordings and others) and the other by Herbaliser, The (Ninja Tune, Chocolate Industries and others).
