If you like well produced deep house with elements from detroit, chicago, new york and even the carribean, then this is quite possibly the best house label on the planet right now. But that should'nt be to much of a surprise from one of Prescription Records founders, Ron Trent. There is enough variation in all of these releases to never tire of what you hear, some tracks are good for the clubs and others are great to relax to, but there's always something musical and soulful going on and i wonder is this all cleverly put together samples or are there live musicians playing keyboards and bongo's, such is the lack of repetition and yet catchy at the same time. Full credit due to ron trent for keeping house fresh, interesting and above all, full of soul.
