Hardcore Tano*C
Profile:
This project was born of the Japanese huge BBS "2ちゃんねる(Ni-Channel)". It is an independent label run by REDALiCE with other artists such as Betwixt & Between, DJ Technorch, Alabaster, Minamotoya, DX Pasta, kenta-v.ez., RaverRose, t+pazolite, Technetium (2) making up the main "members" of this doujin circle. Other notable artists who have contributed to this label's releases are Joshka, DJ Shimamura and M-Project.
Their CD releases encompass a variety of electronic club music genres, but they lean towards the harder sounds of happy hardcore, trancecore, Nu-NRG, Makina, gabber and even speedcore on occasion.
Many artists who contribute to the label have also contributed to the now defunct digi-up label. They have collaborated several points in time for a period between 2007 and 2008.
Hardcore Tano*C are also known for their club events (called Tano*C Strike) which have become steadily popular in recent years. Their events have now started to run in both the West and East of Japan in recent years (having previously only had events in one or the other).
