Hi-Lo Tunez born the 1st january of 2000, to be a riot-zine on the net following the hardcore attitude of the early 80's, and promoting independent production only, because the owners think that indie is not genre but a different approach to the music. In 2002 HLT develop the 1st mp3 legal project, creating The HLT Plan a free MP3 compilation, with an official printable cover in which during years all the best indie artists worldwide give a contribute. All the covers of the Plan are made by international painters, silkscreeners, photographers and designers. The Plan is totally no-profit and in support of independent artists and labels.
