Rich Stern founded Insomniac Records with Armando Lambert in early 1997. From 1997 to 2002, he released several of his own tracks and remixes as Jasp 182 on Insomniac and sub-label Napzzz Music as well as other breakbeat labels Painted Puppy, FunkWax, Mob Records (UK), Dreamscape, and StreetBeat/Pandisc.
