International Deejay Gigolo Records

Profile:International Deejay Gigolos was the Munich based record label ran by techno legend DJ Hell. Started in 1996 as an affiliate of Disko B, Gigolo quickly established itself as THE definitive cult label, a label where you could find everyone from Jeff Mills to downtempo electro....where every release was unified by Hell's personal taste and the highest standards.

Over the years this has become the 'Gigolo' sound, an open and adventurous musical style that laughs in the face of convention, fusing raw acid-house with electro, nu-wave and synth-pop.

To celebrate the 100th release on International Deejay Gigolo Records, catalog# GIGOLO 100 was only released as ladies underwear made by Agent Provocateu, limited to 500 pieces.

The 200th release on Gigolo is a folding rule, limited to 300 pieces (some were available at the Gigolo Party during the Popkomm 2006)
After many years in Munich Gigolo moved to Berlin in 2000 ...
