JAZZFM Records is JAZZFM's very own record label. Specialising in smooth jazz and soul compilations, JAZZFM Records' output primarily reflects the programming content of the radio station. The label is now firmly established as one of the UK's leading independent compilation labels for these genres. And there's more - recently JAZZFM Records has expanded. The release schedule now incorporates sophisticated late night / chillout sounds with the Late Lounge series, the more contemporary urban sounds of the Inspired series and albums covering the breadth of the jazz spectrum including straight-ahead and Latin jazz, together with artist projects.
The first two Nu Cool compilations from the Hed Kandi team were brought out on the JAZZFM label, before Hed Kandi Records was set up as a label in its own right.
