Manfred Schiek doesn't give up his passion for Jazz and so he established in 1984 his label "Konnex". Over the years he has released records with musicians like: Charlie Mariano, Sonny Fortune, Peter Brötzmann, Anthony Braxton, Ali Haurent, John Stevens, Christoph Spendel, Fritz Hartschuh, Cecil Taylor etc. Not to mention all the new young jazz musicians, which find a platform too.
