| Profile: | Leguan was originally a sub-label of Nova Tekk. It started in 1996 and released Goa-Trance compilations mainly. Nova Tekk shut down in 2002 and was taken by Da Music. Today Da Music continues to release the Goa-Head series under its sub-label.
Originally Leguan was named Legoan. However the way the letters LEGO were written was very similar to the logo of the famous toy company LEGO. To avoid legal issues the label changed it's name to Leguan in early 1997. Some of the compilations which were not yet distributed had a sticker with the new logo to cover the old name.
