MK2 (named after Martin Karmitz) started as a unique movie theatre in Paris in 1974. Now they own a 64 screens network focusing on arthouse movies. The MK2 group includes all the branches of the movie industry from Production over Distribution to International Sales.
The output of MK2 Music, founded in 2001 by Nathanaël Karmitz and Charles Gillibert, integrates World influences but is mainly dedicated to Original SoundTracks.
