A label started out of Utrecht in 2002 headed up by Cosmic Force after he had many releases on the infamous Dutch label CLONE. With a mission to release uncompromising Electro with a street tuff, no nonsense attitude, Cosmic Force has managed to gather a roster of truly original material. Rough analog manipulations of the highest order driven over rock hard beats alongside more deep and melodic audio experiments are the order of the day. Heavily influenced by the likes of Drexciya and Dopplereffekt but without sounding at all derivative, always original and somehow funkier than the above mentioned, this gear rocks clubs in the know featuring DJs with open minds across the globe. Backed up by a regular club night in Utrecht aptly named CLUB MARGUERITA where guests such as Dexter, Rude66, DJ Technician and Sonar have joined residents Freek Fabricius and Zero One (Djax up beats Random XS) and sometimes my good self, live pressure alongside sublime turntable sessions make this club the perfect brother to the label. Cosmic Force continues to deliver quality, stand out Electro recordings and a venue in which to explore the wide reaching form of all things truly Electro (not an Electrohouse track within 10 miles!).
