Moll Tontraeger, founded in 1993, is a Europe based record company. It is especially strong in the GAS-territory (Germany, Austria, Swiss), the third biggest music-market in the world. Our German distributor is EFA, one of the biggest Independent distribution companies in this country, closely related to distributors in almost every other European country and on other continents.
Our international Reggae label Moll-Selekta was founded in 1998, specialized in the (re)release of Roots Reggae, including Dub and Rocksteady and other kinds of old and original music from Jamaica. We hire promotion agencies in the most important markets and take great care with our artwork and packaging. Moll is focussed on this label only since 2001.
We only release a record unless we personally like it. It is our aim to release great music - especially songwriting of good quality - and despite of current mainstreams.
