The Nova MD GmbH was founded in 1999. In the year 2002 it was taken over by the current Managing Director Frank Schreiner, re-named into “NovaMD” and integrated in the existing structure of the Music Mail GmbH with its vinyl distribution.
Soon NovaMD developed to one of the leading distributers in the independent market for mainly house and lounge products and today offers a huge know-how in this segment.
Due to the link to the Music Mail network and the closeness to DJ's and the current nightlife, trend can be realised, adopted and implemented very fast.
Products like the “Café Abstrait” series, the “City Beach Club” series, “A House Affair” (by Francesco Diaz) or the releases by Jubilee Records (one of the leading record labels for lounge music) for example, are exclusively distributed my NovaMD.
That demonstrates the main focus on high-quality products.
NovaMD supplies big markets like Saturn or Media Markt, but also specialised retailers worldwide.
