Paisley Park

Profile:Paisley Park Records (not to be confused with Paisley Park Studios). was a label created by Prince in 1985. in association with, and with partial funding by, Warner Bros. Other artists signed to Paisley Park included Time, The, Sheila E., George Clinton, Mavis Staples and Carmen Electra.

When Warner cut Paisley Park's distribution in 1994, amidst its well-publicized feud with Prince, Prince decided to close the label, instead founding NPG Records.
