In my opinion, Perlon was the best minimal underground label out there because its artists created a unique sound and style. Since release #36 (superlongevity 3) the sound started to change for worse. Ultra long tracks, non danceable, actually boring. I think artists should go back to the roots or stop releasing in this label. I would jump from release #36 to #49 where Matt John recovers that "lost" perlon sound. Was the above review useful to you?
