Scandinavia started in 1996 and has grown from an experimental Techno label into a label developing many electronic genres. Each release has strived to be forward looking in both graphics and sound, from Wonky and Breakcore before they got pigeonholed through to Electro Art-Rock, Scandinavia has been consistently ahead of the game. Scandinavia has become a highly collectable label. Several releases have been extremely limited, passed on through personal contacts and rarely sold through shops. Scandinavia Wear has also been an accompanying feature of the label with screen-printed Hooded Tops, Sweatshirts and Tees sold around the world directly to followers of the sound.
