Japanese record label, founded in October 1960 (under the name 東芝音楽工業株式会社). From 1962 it licensed Columbia (UK) titles for release in Japan.
After an injection of capital by Capitol EMI, the label changed its name to Toshiba EMI Ltd in October 1973.
