Toytronic

Profile:Electronica label founded by Martin Haidinger and Tony Douglas. A lot of changes happened around Toy 5: Chris Cunningham joined the label with Toy 5, and Tony left the label after Toy 5. Distribution also changed with Toy 5 to Southern Record Distribution (SRD); the first four releases were distributed by Metropolis Record Distribution. All graphics for every release except Toy 17 done by Martin Haidinger (the credit does not appear on most of the actual releases).

I have to say, this is a very over-rated label. All the artists sound the same and use the same formula in their boring, clicky tracks. Very Gimicky (pardon the pun). Its another one of these labels that gets a big following mainly thanks to the fact that they do limited releases on coloured vinyl. Then suckers pay vast sums of money on ebay for these "rare" items, giving the illusion that the music must be great. Dont be fooled!!
