Underground Perversions was founded in 2002 by Dj Axel and Brokenmeat(Sebastien Hoerth) as a non-benefit french association. They promoted hard electronic music with party until 2007 in Strasbourg area, and started to produce vinyl in 2004. Theirs productions are principaly focus on psychedelic hardcore and speedcore.
