The first Baltimore Club label started in the early 90's by Scottie B and Shawn Caesar. Producing house tracks that were originally a mixture of breakbeat samples mixed with the miami bass sound. It has evolved in the last few years to more of a breakbeat sound. The lyrics are raw, the bass is hard, and the breaks are addictive. It has spread to the surrounding states of Maryland, but I have gotten many e-mails from people in Texas, Chicago, New York, Florida, and other states, even Canada, of people loving this music and playing it in the clubs.

This label is about as underground as it gets. Just when you thought you heard it all. Been there, done that. Put on an Unruly Record. Sure its even more ghetto then DJ Assault or DJ Funk. To define it would be a red light, a basement and a breakbeat giving hip hop a reason to rave. These records are not made with quality in mind. They just are different then any Ghetto tracks on the market. Choppy breaks at house tempo with samples, some just too cheesy to take serious. But it is its own thing. It comes out of leftfeild and will make you think "WTF is this". Baltimore Breaks scene takes no prisoners. You got to hear this shit at least once!
