variz.org is a Portuguese promoter and record label based on both poles of the Lisbon-Porto axis since 2001, operating in the grey area between abstraction and the dancefloor. Its aim is to bring the newest generation of Portuguese media-art projects and producers into acknowledgement by a wider audience.
The label’s roster of 6 releases and it has welcome contributions from the following visual artists: Alexandre Estrela, Lia, Miguel Soares, Dora Sousa Santos, Luís Alegre, Miguel Sá and Rev Design.
