my copy of says "printed in germany" but also says "manufactured and distributed by BMG Arista/Ariola ltd Australasia"

Here on discogs there is the photo of the note on the back of the front cover "It came to our attention recently that many stores...". I have this CD and the back of the front cover is blank. Can someone explain me why I have no note?
