I have one without the promo stamp. Bought it from a regular shop in US shortly after the official release.

I think this Maverick' 4-track release is a promo, because I haven't seen anywhere else this release without the stamp on the front cover (on my too, as can be seen) and it is clearly written "PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY".
