referencing U-VOX, LP, CDL 1545

With drummer Warren Cann leaving the band before and Midge Ure right after this album, U-Vox turned out to be the ending point of Ultravox's success. Last track 'All In One Day' is a great finale for the band's story, but sadly the rest of the record is not quite their finest hour. The unique sound is just not there and non-Ultravox elements such as cheesy horns & female backing vocals make this just another 80's pop-rock record with absolutely nothing new or special to it.
