i have longtime been a fan and defender (!) of scooter after their excellent (well cut!!!) 1st album/comp ''and the beat goes on''

not like all their other plastic ventures, if they even bother??? such a waste of good tunes straight to gay cd and stuttgart along with fuckin loads of other tunes on this album are evidence that they produced and continue to make excellent hardtrance music

just wish they would get releases sorted properly tbh in regard to the dj's

1,000 tunes on 1 vinyl doesnt cut it!!! for those that want to play their sound and not on cd...as capable if not more, as shown in their consistency over the years of producing proper underground trance/techno along with their moneymaking cheese

i seen them ''live'' @ kelly's NI in 95 and as always they rocked the show

The non commercial tracks on this album don't have any of scooter's trademark annoying MCing and are actually pretty mad hard dance. "Last minute" is a remake of "hava nagila" which i thought would be really cheesy, but its really not a bad quality production compared to other 'lame' attempts on the same idea. The hardcore track at the end "Crank it up" is used in the TV show "Ali G in da USAiii" as the introduction to the russian fashion show segment.

Belongs to the best releases of Scooter! A great mixture of commercial stuff (Let Me Be Your Valentine, Rebel Yell, Back In The U.K.), trance (Stuttgart) and really hard tracks. The tension increases gradually from the quiet "Stuttgart" to the Hardcore "Crank It Up" (190 bpm!). "This Is A Monstertune", "Experience" and "Hysteria" are really worth listening to, I doubt any would regret to know these great tunes. They remain my Scooter favourites for all time (together with "Waiting For Spring" and "Rhapsody In E").
