Scooter ‎– No Time To Chill

In the post rave era this is (imo) by far the best album from Scooter. It contains a small number of covers and samples (I was made for loving you, Eyes without a face and samples How much is the fish?, We are the greatest, Call me manana). All the songs have the unique Scooter's touch that make them special. Also we have 2 breakbeatlike songs that in a first glance don't fit in the typical style of Scooter, but nevertheless change the scenery from the constant beat in your head. All and all an excellent release from Scooter with all songs giving you something different, from Scottish bagpipes to guittar riffs and massive synth melodies. And also i think that HP don't shout a lot in this album. Definitely give it a try. You will love it.

Eyes Without a Face, as well as Rebel Yell are cover songs to the exact titled 80's legend, Billy Idol's songs. Also I Was Made for Loving You, Summer Wine and many more aren't original ideas, they just made a newer version. (I'm Raving is a Cher song only the lyrics have been changed.)
Nevertheless Scooter is one of my teenage favourite bands and HP does have a really cool voice.

I've just had a listen to this CD and man, Eyes Without A Face is a beautiful track, its a lovely laid back chilled track with his vocals and waves crashing all over the place with a nice acoustic guitar sound, this song proves that HP Baxter can ACTUALLY sing! and I LOVE this track, everyone can bash Scooter as much as they like (and him) but at the end of the day, this song is fantastic!

There is no sign of his shouting or any chipmunk like vocals.

A beautiful track which amazed me when I saw it was by Scooter.
