Children Of Bodom ‎– Are You Dead Yet?

Hmmm... I remember reading on their website that this record was by far their favorite. WHAT?!! First of all this is leaning towards a total collapse of originality. What makes this record so great? Nothing! Sure there are some...well actually just one cool guitar solo. Never mind. There is nothing great about "Are You Dead Yet?" The lyrics are complete shite, and the vocals are muddy. If I recall correctly, Alexi dropped out of school to pursue a life as a guitarist; and it shows! But his lyrics suck ass. And the music is cheesy; it might be good at a show, but it's at its utmost peak of monstrous lameness. I'm actually thinking about selling my copy 'cause I rarely ever listen to it. I'm sure nu-metal dorks will like it!
