Sounds wonderful as you’d expect from a Japanese pressing. Great little EP

I love this e.p. and have so for three decades. I have heard these tracks pumped full throttle in NYC clubs like Danceteria, the Peppermint Lounge and the Garage - the title track paired with Deep Sleep where the favs back in the day. I have an original US press which is loud and dynamic and bass forward albeit now well played and somewhat worn. I was happy to get this Rocktober reissue, unfortunately it lacks the presence of the 1st edition and is somewhat recessed. It’s not bad-per se just not as punchy and bass forward as I would like, still glad to have a clean copy.

My copy of this has horrible sibilance and high end distortion. Weird because all my other B-52s original vinyl sound great.

Flawless pressing. Plays absolutely dead quiet, flat and centered. I give this release 5 out of 5 stars! I really enjoy these songs. Actually, are there any bad B-52 songs?

After skipping over this on RSD, I decided to pick it up recently for $14. Sounds like B-52's on blue marble vinyl. Anyone else notice this strange phenomenon?

Another amazing B-52s reissue from Rhino. Nice thick low end, punchy drums, dynamic vocals, supreme clarity and definition. Big, vibrant sound, huge soundstage. Flawless pressing. Plays absolutely dead quiet, flat and centered.

Beautiful vinyl to look at. Glad to have gotten it today! Having said that, my copy is defective. Track one skips (Loveland) . I already informed Rhino Records and The B-52s. Don't expect anything to happen but fans should be aware. If anyone else got a defective one, please let me know. It was the only one available at the record store l went, so l grabbed it.
