this is just as good as music from Italy gets, or in general, 80s music. This is even more true for the electrifying instrumental B side. 10/10!
ZYX or Blanco Y Negro, can you pls remaster the instrumental on cd too? An idea for Italo Legends Volume 6?

The re-releases of:
Blackway - New Life/Follow Me
Blackway - Music For Us
Mr Master - Dog In The Night
B.W.H - Stop
1. New Life/Follow me - taken from vinyl as the vinyl I have sounds silent, then as soon as the song kicks in, surface noise appears. Mastered very loud, they must have used Clickrepair as some parts sound distorted. 8/10
2. Music For Us - again, taken from vinyl as surface noise kicks in at the start of the song. This is mastered quite loud and has some distortion. 7/10
3. Dog In The Night - again, taken from vinyl as surface noise is very loud and through the enitre song (both versions on each side) there is immense crackling and distortion that even Clickrepair cannot fix. A shame as this one is my favourite.
4. Stop - I have not got this release yet, but expect the same mastering.
Overall - Im 21, im no audio engineer, but I couldve done a better job than this.

-This is my remaster. If anyone has the original 12'' singles, send me a FLAC rip of it and I will remaster it for you.

This record comes from the peak era of italo-disco. This release is pure quality, genius, so simple yet so brilliant. From the guys who brought the amazingly beautiful "Stop / Livin' Up" release under BWH. This record is equally amazing, with a spectacular drumbeat and very nicely layered synth, parallel to "Stop" in brilliance and sequence, but a bit simpler and slightly shorter. Its a shame that this track is only 4:30 long and that the duo released only a handful of italo-disco gems altogether under the aliases of BWH, Blackway and Mr Master.
