After getting one piece of evidence after another of Matthews vast production talent via his various monikers and collaborations, it is very refreshing to get a taste of the turntable madness he knows how to conjure up as well.

The 22 tracks on this album vary vastly soundwise, yet Herbert manages to splice them all together into one seamless mix that flows incredibly well and builds up an immense intensity towards the end. Apart from the opening track (whose sampling of an alarm clock just grates my nerves), the trackselection is superb and should appeal to a broad spectrum of listeners. The fact that he manages to use an Errorsmith track in there as well adds another star to Herberts name in my book. Recommended!
